Active Members
“Active Members” is for all Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) currently employed by a police department and/or retired from a police department (any agency).
Associate Members
An “Associate Member” is for all persons with no law enforcement employment history.
Renewal Form
Annual renewal for current members. The renewal form is due October 1st, and fees are due by October 31st (a $5 late administrative fee applies after October 31st).

FOP-Sponsored Benefits
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Active and Associate members in good standing who have joined prior to age 63 and whose names are on file with the State Lodge are eligible to receive a ($10,000) benefit until the age of 70. The benefit is reduced to ($5,000) after age 70. Coverage is On or Off the job.
Survivors Aid Death Benefit
For eligible active or retired law-enforcement members: up to $500 before age 63, and $250 at age 63 or older. New applicants age 63 or older are not eligible for survivor benefits.
